Here you find six examples of the 680 hockey practice drills and plays included in the hockey drill collections found on hockeycoach.se. I have included a short description to each hockey drill, but I think you can understand them without it. The free sample drills are picked out to show you hockey drills from different areas of a hockey practice / play / game. Each drill is easy to make more difficult or easier.
- In Hockey passing drill you could add as many passes as possible.
- In the Hockey shooting drill for defensemen you could add a forward, who puts some pressure on the defensemen or one player standing in front of the goalie or add both.
- In Entering the offensive zone hockey drill you of course can add one or more defensemen or change it to 2 against goalie.
- The Hockey skating drill for forward players is without puck, let the player try to score when skating against goal. You could also have player after the shot is taken who tries to get out of the zone and have the forward trying to put pressure.
- This Hockey goalie and rebound drill is pretty advanced as is and to make it easier you can start to remove player 3.
- In Offensive zone hockey practice play you can add a defensemen on blue line or make this drill 3 against 2.
Following these advices you have six hockey drills that can live for a while. You get some basic hockey practice drills that are developed in line with your player’s development as hockey players. By changing the hockey drills as advised on each page you can have these hockey drills in 20 different ways, at least.
